Puffed Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups puffed rice cereal (mumbra)
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4 dates
    1 green chili pepper
    4 teaspoons cilantro
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    Roughly chop the dates and green chili, as needed to grind in your blender.
    Blend the dates, green chili and salt with water to form a thick syrup.
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Serve as a snack or as a light dinner.
