Amaretto Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups dark brown sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/8 cups water
40 ounces alcohol, 40%
6 drops orange bitters
2 tablespoons almond extract

Preparation

Boil first 3 ingredients to syrup and cool completely and strain.
Add next 3 ingredients and mix well
Let sit for at least 30 days if you can.
