Crock Pot Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, drained and diced
    1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup kalamata olive, chopped
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
    1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
    1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix thoroughly. Add artichokes 30 minutes before you serve.
    Cover; cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
