Rachel'S Sweet And Mild Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces canned mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 large yellow onion, Chopped
4 ounces chili sauce
14 1/2 ounces canned diced tomatoes
1 small fresh tomato, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
14 1/2 ounces canned kidney beans
Preparation

Place olive oil in medium size pot and warm over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until tender and slightly brown.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add diced tomatoes, fresh tomato and kidney beans and stir.
Stir in Chili Power and Cumin slowly and blend.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Water to desired thickness.
Cook for 15 Minutes.
Serve with Corn Bread.
