Camembert With Port And Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons water
    1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup fresh cranberries
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup port wine
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 teaspoon orange zest
    8 ounces round camembert cheese
Preparation
    in a measuring cup dissolve gelatin in water.
    let stand 5 minutes.
    in a saucepan combine cranberries, sugar, wine, gelatin mixture and cinnamon stick.
    bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.
    remove from heat and stir in orange peel and cool ten minutes.
    heat oven to 350 place cheese on ungreased cooking sheets.
    bake for 15- 2 minutes and spoon cranberry mix over cheese.
