Ranch Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet and spicy Thai sweet chili sauce
1 lb chicken breast
1 medium onion (finely diced)
1/2 cup cilantro (minced)
1 cup frozen corn
15 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
15 ounces white beans (drained and rinsed)
10 ounces rotel style tomatoes
1 1/2 ounces ranch dressing and dip mix (Wildtree brand Creamy Ranch Dressing mix)
1 cup chicken broth
8 ounces neufchatel cheese (optional)
chipotle rub seasoning (Chipotle Lime Rub (Wildtree Chipotle Lime Rub)
Preparation

Pour ingredients into slow cooker. Pour broth over.
The last hour stir in the cream cheese and finish cooking. Place block of cream cheese in center of mixture and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken breasts, shred and return to chili.
