Crock Pot Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can French onion soup
    1 cup dry white wine or 1 cup chicken broth
    fresh mushrooms (optional) or canned mushroom (optional)
Preparation
    Place the breasts in the crock pot.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
    Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
