Scandinavian Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup oleo
    1 egg
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 cups flour, sifted
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together in this order :.
    brown sugar,oleo, egg, buttermilk, flour, soda, vanilla & salt.
    Fold in the rhubarb
    Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan.
    Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
