Basic Vegan Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
    1 cup raw cashew nuts
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, flakes
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon honey or 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 1 minute until smooth.
    Bring to a boil on stove, stirring constantly.
    Pour into containers, cover, and chill to thicken.
