Marinated Cheese Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces hard cheese, cut into cubes
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup white wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Place cheese cubes in a pint jar.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup and pour over cheese.
    Screw lid on jar securely and shake well to coat the cheese. Let marinade 12-24 hours at least shaking and rotating jar occasionally.
    Remove cheese from marinade and serve with toothpicks.
