Japanese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
    6 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
    1/2 cup sake or 1/2 cup dry sherry
    2 teaspoons Accent seasoning
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
    4 tablespoons peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix together the soy, ginger, sake, and Accent. Pour over the chicken and marinate for 45 minutes. Coat chicken with cornstarch and fry in hot oil until browned.
