Hershey'S Cocoa Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9-inch baked pie crusts or 1 graham cracker crumb crust, cooled
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1/3 cup cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 cups milk
    3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    sweetened whipped cream
Preparation
    Prepare crust.
    Stir together cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan.
    Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Press plastic wrap directly onto surface.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Cover; refrigerate leftover pie.
