Anasazi Beans With Ham Hocks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb anasazi beans
    1 large onion, cubes
    2 ham hocks
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 gallon reduced-sodium chicken broth
Preparation
    Soak the beans overnight and drain off the water.
    In a large pot add beans, ham hocks, onion, salt, pepper and broth and simmer until the ham hock and beans are tender.
