Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Sauce
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Chicken
3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil, to fry
Preparation

Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Cut chicken into chunks.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into cornstarch and then into egg.
Fry until just lightly browned but not completely cooked.
Place in a single layer into baking dish.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake for one hour at 325 degrees, occasionally turning chicken to coat in sauce.
Serve over warm rice.
