Power Up Breakfast Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ounces milk (can use skim, 1%, or Lactaid milk)
4 ounces strawberries
4 ounces cherries
1 sliced banana
4 ounces peaches
1 (8 ounce) container of any flavor yogurt
Preparation

Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
