Salmon Tomato Dijon Mustard Salad - No Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup fish, flakes
    1 cup diced tomato
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
    1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
    1/4 cup French beans, diced and cooked (or other vegetable)
Preparation
    Mix everything together.
    Serve on toast, french bread, or crackers.
