1 cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
1/4 cup French beans, diced and cooked (or other vegetable)
