Holiday Two-Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups pecans, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
    4 ounces blue cheese
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
    2 tablespoons paprika
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, blend everything well EXCEPT paprika.
    Shape into 2 rolls.
    Sprinkle paprika on a large piece of wax paper.
    Roll the cheese logs in the paprika, coating evenly.
    Wrap each log individually in Seran Wrap.
    Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
