Fresh Herb Salad With Lemon Garlic Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cups mixed salad greens
1 1/2 cups assorted fresh herbs (such as dill, cilantro, parsley and basil)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 garlic clove, put through garlic press
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation

Remove stems and tear herbs into large pieces, about 1 1/2 inches.
Arrange lettuces and fresh herbs in a serving bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients, slowly pour about half over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
