Onion Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups onions, finely chopped in food processor
    2 teaspoons salt
    3 cups boiling water
    2 cups milk
    2 tablespoons butter, softened
    2 tablespoons flour
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Boil onions in salted water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add milk, and return almost to boiling.
    Blend butter and flour; stir into soup; cook and stir until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
