Zesty Sub Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sub bread
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, soft
    4 leaves lettuce
    4 ounces sliced salami
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    4 ounces sliced swiss cheese
    4 ounces sliced deli ham
    1/2 cucumber, sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut bread in half horizontally.
    Spread bottom half with butter.
    Layer lettuce, salami and tomatoes on butter bread; season with salt and pepper.
    Layer on the cheese, ham, cucumber and onion of top of tomatoes.
    In a small mixing bowl, stir the vinegar, olive oil and garlic salt together.
    Spread vinegar dressing on the top half of bread with mustard.
