Hard Times Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 cups water
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 tablespoons cocoa
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    Frosting
    1/2 cup margarine, softened
    3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350*.
    Stir together first 5 ingredients.
    Add flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Stir until mixed well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9x13 baking pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Frosting: Beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
    Frost completely cooled cake.
