Poor Man’S Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread (fresh)
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    1 sprig rosemary
    2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Place bread, black pepper, sea salt, and rosemary in a food processor.
    Reduce to a rough crumb.
    Pour crumbs into a hot dry frying pan and keep it moving.
    When it starts to dry, and just starts browning, add the olive oil.
    Keep moving and frying until golden brown.
    Use to top pasta dishes as you might with Parmesan cheese.
