Cholesterol Cure Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 2/3 cups oat bran
    1/3 cup flax seed
    1/2 cup honey
    2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup prune juice
    1 cup egg white
    4 tablespoons canola oil
    1 cup applesauce
Preparation
    In a food processor mix oat bran & flax seed into a coarse flour.
    Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately, then combine.
    Then I added
    2-3 mashed bananas.
    1 cup chopped carrots in food processor.
    4 scoops of vanilla protein powder
    1 cup of Blueberries, raisins, craisins, dates, or prunes.
    Pour into 24 muffin tins. Bake at 425 for 14-15 minutes.
