Japanese Style Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sherry wine
    2 tablespoons horseradish
    2 tablespoons onions, chopped
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon powdered ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 1 hour or more and broil, basting with the marinade at the beginning of the cooking.
