Green Olive Tapenade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 cloves garlic, minced
    1 anchovy, minced
    1 pinch allspice
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
    1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped
    1/3 cup california black olives, chopped
    1/2 cup green olives, chopped
    1 teaspoon capers
    1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup Italian parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Better done by hand without a food processor.
