Jarlsberg Cheese Dip (Swiss Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups jarlsberg cheese, coarse grated
    3/4 cup mayonnaise, not salad dressing
    1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup minced onion (this is an option)
Preparation
    Gently combine all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 2-hours before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
    Can be made several days in advance.
