Carmalized Onion And Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces elbow macaroni
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    16 ounces cottage cheese
    10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    salt
    pepper
    dried basil
    dried dill weed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Boil macaroni until al dente
    Cook the onion in oil until it is carmalized.
    In a bowl, combine cheeses, spinach, onion, seasonings, and macaroni.
    Spread mixture into a 13x9 pan.
    Top with breadcrumbs, or cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
