Coco'S & Reuben'S Plankhouse House Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups imitation sour cream
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon garlic salt
