Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 ounces butter
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 large sweet potatoes, thinly sliced chips
1 red bell pepper, julianned
1 green bell pepper, julianned
1/2 medium white onion, julianned
1 lb ground sausage
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces milk
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 ounces pure via stevia
1 1/2 cups french's crispy fried onions
1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
In medium sauce pan, add 2 T. oil, brown ground meat, drain; set to the side.
In medium sauce pan, combine 2 T butter, milk, brown sugar, stevia, and cream of mushroom soup; whisk until smooth and creamy; set to the side.
In a large skillet, saute red and green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic in 2 T butter until crispy tender.
In a lightly greased 9x13 pan, layout sweet potato chips; add cream of mushroom sauce; add 1/2 sauted vegetable mix; add ground meat; add remaining sauted vegetable mix; sprinkle crispy fried onions; layer sliced tomatoes.
bake for 35 minutes.
