Carol'S Mochi Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups sugar
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    4 cups milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 cups sweet rice flour (mochiko)
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together 3 cups sugar and 1/2 cup butter.
    Blend in the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 9\"x13\" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. Cool.
    Cut into squares with a plastic knife.
