Chicken Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb roasted boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
    8 ounces fresh spinach, stems removed
    4 cups chicken broth
    3 slices fresh ginger, thin
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Shred chicken.
    Toss with cornstarch.
    Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
    Bring broth and ginger to a boil and stir in chicken.
    Stir in spinach and salt, bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.
