Bbq'D Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork loin (cooked and cut into strips)
    0.5 (12 ounce) can beer (about a 1/2 cup)
    1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite kind)
    12 slices whole wheat bread (or rolls)
    shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan combine pork, bbq sauce and beer.
    Cook over high heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat to med-low and cover for 10 minutes.
    Serve between two slices of bread and top with cheese if desired (better if the bread is toasted).
