Sugar Free Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces sugar-free Cool Whip
    1 cup hot water
    3 ounces sugar-free lemon gelatin
    1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
    2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water. Blend all ingredients together with mixer. Chill until set. You may choose to put this into a crust although it is not necessary.
