Schokoladenglasur (Dark Chocolate Frosting) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces dark chocolate
    3 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
    2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cup half-and-half
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat stirring constantly.
    When melted, remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Beat with mixer until of spreading consistency.
