Muffins With Apples And Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    240 g flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    80 g walnuts, chopped
    1 egg
    80 ml oil
    70 g sugar
    1 pinch salt
    120 ml maple syrup
    160 g yoghurt
Preparation
    Cut apples in small cubes.
    In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nuts. In a second bowl, beat together the egg, oil, sugar, salt, sirup and yoghurt.
    Add flour-mixture and apples to the second bowl, mixing all ingredients.
    Fill in greased muffin tin.
    Bake at 190 degree Clsius for about 20 minutes.
