Fruit Agar-Agar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 g agar, powder
    600 ml water
    100 g sugar
    dried mixed fruit
    food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Boil agar powder, sugar and water together, stirring constantly.
    When mixture boils, remove from the fire.
    Spoon fruit into moulds.
    Add food colouring if desired.
    Pour agar into the moulds and leave it to set.
    Chill.
