Kaiserspritzer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 -3 ounces white wine, Gruner Veltiner or 2 -3 ounces semi -dry riesling wine
2 -3 ounces club soda or 2 -3 ounces sparkling water
1/2 - 1 ounce elder flower liqueur, Saint-Germain or 1/2-1 ounce elder flower syrup

Preparation

Fill a tall Collins style glass with ice (a large wine glass works too) add wine and liqueur , and top with soda, stir gently.
