Baked Lemon Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 haddock fillets
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
cayenne pepper
Preparation

Cut fish into serving-size pieces.
Place in a greased 11x7x2\" baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
