Gloria'S Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups uncooked quick oats
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/3 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup honey
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
    Place oats in ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
    Remove and blend in remaining dry ingredients (brown sugar through walnuts).
    Add oil honey and vanilla; mix until dry ingredients are well coated. Divide mixture into two equal parts; bake each separately in an ungreasted 9x13-inch baking pan 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown. Add dried cranberries; cook 5 minutes longer.
    Stir until crumbly and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
