Blueberry Crumble Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cups fresh blueberries or (16 ounce) package frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Topping
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 dash salt
1/3 cup butter, cubed or sliced thinly
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Toss blueberries with the lemon juice in an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar with 2 teaspoons cornstarch; stir into the blueberries.
Mix oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and salt together; cut in butter with a fork.
Sprinkle over blueberries.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven until topping is light brown and blueberries are bubbling, about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
