Creamy Watermelon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon berry sugar
    3 -4 teaspoons nonfat sour cream or 3 -4 teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
    3 mint leaves
Preparation
    Puree watermelon in a blender until smooth.
    Add vanilla, sugar, and 3/4 of the sour cream/yogurt; blend well.
    Chill overnight.
    Garnish with remaining sour cream/yogurt and mint leaves.
    Enjoy!
