Orange Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 orange, rind of, grated
    1 cup grated coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0F until filling is firm, about 45 minutes.
