Corn Caserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 cup milk
    4 ounces cream cheese
    2/3 cup green onion, sliced
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    4 regular size cans corn, drained
    Optional
    1 small can green chili
    1 small diced jalapeno
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large baking dish or crockpot. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered, or cook on high 1 1/2 hours uncovered in crockpot.
    Serve with Mexican food or take to a pot luck.
