Yuletide Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 ounce) baker's semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup icing sugar
    1 (250 g) package jet-puffed fruit flavoured mini marshmallows (about 3 cups)
    1 (200 g) package flaked coconut
Preparation
    MICROWAVE chocolate, butter and milk in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; stir until well blended. Gently stir in marshmallows.
    SPRINKLE 1/4 of the coconut onto sheet of wax paper. Spoon 1/4 of the chocolate mixture over coconut; roll into 8-inch log, with coconut completely covering outside of log. Repeat 3 times with additional sheets of wax paper, remaining coconut and chocolate mixture. Discard any unused coconut. Wrap logs tightly and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm (see Tip).
    CUT each log evenly into 8 slices to serve. Store leftover slices in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
