Tart Dough (Sweet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ounces unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch kosher salt
1 large egg
1 cup pastry flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar and salt together in your mixer or food processor.
Add the egg and mix until combined.
Add the flour and mix until it all comes together.
Flatten into a disk, wrap in plastic and chill thoroughly (at least 1 hour) before using.
