Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1 cup chocolate chips
    2 cups bananas, 2-3 bananas, ripe, mashed
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350F.
    In large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt ; add chocolate chips.
    In separate bowl, whisk together bananas, butter, milk and eggs; pour over flour mixture and stir just until blended. Spread in greased 9- x 5-inch (2 L) loaf pan.
    Bake in centre of oven at 350\u00b0F for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
    Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Turn out onto rack; let cool completely.
