Bona Fide Fajita Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces beer
    3/4 cup canola oil
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    2 limes, juice of
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    3 lbs skirt steaks, trimmed
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    4 onions, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight.
    Remove meat from marinade and grill. Simultaneously grill sliced onions.
    Serve with flour tortillas, grated cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, etc.
