Libby'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
    1/2 cup half-and-half, mixed with
    4 tablespoons flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done; drain.
    Add the cheese, and milk mixed with the flour, to potatoes.
    Bring to a boil; then pour in buttered baking dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 1/2 hour or until brown on top.
