A Real Maine "Italian" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sliced deli ham
    8 slices deli cheese (american)
    2 sour dill pickles, sliced
    1 tomatoes, sliced
    12 Greek olives, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    4 small hoagie rolls
    red wine vinegar
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut sub rolls in half, but not completely through.
    Layer cheese and ham on each of the rolls.
    Top with sliced pickles, tomato, olives, onion, and green pepper.
    Drizzle each sandwich with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
