Edamame With Scallions And Sesame - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) bag frozen edamame, shelled
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 dash hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons scallions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation

Bring edamame, soy sauce and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until tender. If any liquid remains, cook until the liquid has evaporated.
Remove from heat. Stir in the sesame oil, canola oil, hot pepper sauce, scallions and black pepper. Serve.
